How to exclude shipping charges from vendor payouts

In this article, we will demonstrate to you how you can enable the feature of excluding shipping charges in vendor payouts.

Shipping Charges are an additional charge the front-end customer pays for the order to be shipped to them. Excluding the shipping charges means that you can keep all the shipping charges which you are charging from the end customers to yourself. Enabling this feature will exclude the customer-paid shipping amount from the vendor payouts.

How to set up the excluded shipping charges in vendor payouts:

1. Log into your Marketcube account >> Click on the Settings Icon.

2. Click on Payments>> Click Payment Terms and Payout settings

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the option of Additional Charges.

4. Check the box Do not pay shipping amount >> Click Update.
