Auto Fulfill order

In this article, you will learn what auto fulfill is and how to set up auto fulfill for all your orders on Marketcube.

Enabling the auto-fulfill feature means that whenever any new order will come into your Marketcube account, it will be fulfilled automatically. This feature saves both operator's and vendor's time of manually accepting the orders.

The main difference between the auto-accept and auto fulfill features is auto-accept only marks the orders as accepted but the auto fulfills feature automatically marks the orders as fulfilled and closes the orders.

Note: In order to enable the auto-fulfill feature it is mandatory for the operator's/vendor to first enable the auto-accept, once enabled the auto-fulfill feature can be enabled.

As a Marketplace Operator, you have the option to auto fulfill orders. You can manage how you wish to accept incoming orders, manually or automatically.

How to set up auto-fulfill:

1. Log into your Marketcube account >> Click on the Settings Icon.

2. Click on the Show button for the Orders panel >> Click Auto fulfill orders.

3. Click the Enable auto-fulfill button, the color of the button should change from green and appear as a red Disable icon (as shown below).

Please Note: This functionality will only work on those orders which are auto-accepted enabled. 

After following these steps, all orders that have been auto accepted enabled will now also be marked as auto fulfilled.
