How to edit tracking details once order is marked as fulfilled
The focus of this article is on the process of modifying tracking details by an operator or vendor, if they have entered incorrect tracking details or want to change it for any reason.
Steps to enable the functionality.
- Log into your Marketcue account >> Click on Settings icon >> Select Shipping and fulfillments.
- Click on Manage Fulfillment Details and Enable the functionality for new orders.
- Now an operator and a vendor can edit the tracking details by using the edit option in Marketcube.
