My vendors are not able to connect their PayPal account as they are receiving an Invalid redirect URL error. How to fix this?
If you have connected your PayPal account but your vendors are not able to connect their account and are receiving the below error, then it means that you, as an operator, have not connected your account correctly.
At the time of connecting PayPal account, you have to add a redirect URL (please refer to our support document on how to connect PayPal)
* If you are using a custom domain, then add both the redirect URL mentioned below:
- https://Your Custom Domain/paypal/callback
* If a custom domain is not being used then add the below redirect URL:
After adding this redirect URL, your vendor will not receive the above error.
