Why I am getting Authorization Error while making a PayPal transfer?

I get the below error when I am paying my vendors 'Authorization Error'

There can be two possible reasons for this issue:

Error

Reason 1: This error occurs when your PayPal business account is not linked to a checking account. You are not authorized to make any API calls without a linked and verified bank account.

Reason 2: Your linked bank account in PayPal is NOT verified.

In this case, you might need to get in touch with your bank to get your payments verified.
