How does marketcube handle data and security?

Marketcube is a SaaS platform, with a shared Database which is logically separated by each marketplace operator. For an operator, their relationships are private and hence only the operator can view all its linked vendors whereas, a vendor can only see their own account.

Physically our data is hosted out of Ireland using MongoDB hosted on AWS servers. Furthermore, as a platform, we deal with the vendor only and hence do not access, use, or share customer information other than what is provided in an order. We also do not have any access to payment (Card) information as we do not collect, hold or distribute funds from within our platform, we delegate this responsibility to payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe, accounts which operators and their vendors control.
